About our Programs

Turning Point programs are designed to provide a series of integrated, culturally-specific chemical dependency treatment and social services programs to communities of color across the state of Minnesota. The programs not only help us achieve the goals in our mission statement, but also help us keep our clients living productive and healthy lives.
