Case Management Defined:

Case Management is the backbone of the HIV services delivery system and includes learning about and accessing social, emotional and medical services for persons living with HIV/AIDS.

Program Goal:

In Turning Point's Case Management program, our goal is to provide the highest quality service we can provide to persons living with HIV/AIDS. Ultimately, we strive to help our clients live as normal a life as possible, considering the toll HIV/AIDS can have on their lives.
